Repaired wall damage from electrical service. Installed new floor and wall cabinets with moldings. Placed wall mounted microwave, stove range and refrigerator.

Restored subfloor integrity, building up level subfloor. Installed tile to match existing with grout. Patched wall damage and rebuilt and installed Wainscotting with paint and sealing.

Removed water damaged sink cabinet floor and the damaged subfloor underneath. Replaced both surfaces with new materials.

Removed topsoil and replaced with compressed decorative fractured rock walking path with metal edging. Removed curved walking path and repaired lawn with new sod.

Removed lower and upper custom cabinets. Designed, framed and finished new utility closet to house water heater and provide storage. Fabricated custom venting strip to allow cold air return to function underneath storage floor. Installed sliding doors, new drywall, matched wall texturing to existing walls and painted trim, wall and ceiling.
